• The Preventative Health and Community Empowerment Programme (PHACE) – to reach out to the communities and facilitate positive change to build health awareness and leadership ability in 45 communities of PNG
• Seeking funding through numerous Grant proposal submissions, so that essential programmes and projects can continue
• The Mud-Crab Farming project, including the successful development of baby crab hatcheries and growing pens
• Developing and finalising TLM-PNG’s next 5-year strategy
• Creating a new electronic database, using fingerprint technology to register patients and track treatment
