Give Stamps or Coin Collections
It doesn’t take long to set aside old or used stamps. But by doing so, you can actively cure people affected by leprosy.
Volunteers of the Leprosy Mission Australia sort and sell donated stamps at stamp fairs. The money they raise is then used to support your projects in Timor Leste, Nepal, Nigeria, India, Papua New Guinea and Thailand. 100 donated stamps can raise enough money to cure someone affected by leprosy. So every single stamp counts. An exotic stamp to the right collector could even cure hundreds of people affected by leprosy!
To help people affected by leprosy, please send, or drop off, your stamps or coin collections to:
The Leprosy Mission Australia
37-39 Ellingworth Parade
Box Hill, VIC, 3128
Please note: Drop in during office hours between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Stamps are best left on the original envelope or postcard.
Full stamp or coin collections can be particularly of value. If you have an original collection you’d like to donate, please leave it complete where possible.
Call us to discuss your collection on 1800 LEPROSY (1800 537 767) or send us an email below – we’d love to speak with you!
