Feedback and Complaints

The Leprosy Mission Australia’s unique mission is to resource and empower the Global Mission to restore the lives of people affected by leprosy and disability.  In working towards being a resource and in collaborating with our in-country partners, the Leprosy Mission Australia recognises the vital role of continuous learning and quality improvement.

The Leprosy Mission Australia is an organisation which is committed to promoting a learning culture, both within Australia and in the contexts in which it works.  Within Australia and the situations in which projects are implemented, The Leprosy Mission Australia aims for a high level of accountability and transparency to beneficiaries, partners, and donors.

As a key part of learning within the organisation, The Leprosy Mission Australia also recognises the importance of complaints in contributing to the learning and more effective achievement of the organisation’s mission, goals, and objectives.
