Current opportunities

Marketing Coordinator – Merchandise

We are currently looking for a highly driven professional who is looking to make an impact through marketing of goods for sale from our network of artisans in developing countries.

You will use storytelling to promote both the products and the work of The Leprosy Mission Australia. You will be responsible for developing digital and print catalogue as well as blog articles and compelling social media content that effectively engages with existing and new customers.

Working in a fast-paced environment as part of a small team, you will need an ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions within established frameworks.

Digital Content Coordinator

Are you experienced in social media and digital fundraising and ready to make a difference to the lives of others?

We’re looking for an experienced social media and fundraising professional to join our fast paced and dynamic marketing team. You’ll work on social media campaigns across a range of platforms and support our website content. You are an excellent written communicator who wants to inspire people to take action to help change the lives of people affected by leprosy and disability.

Customer Service Officer (Casual)

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking to make an impact through using their exemplary customer service skills to communicate with our supporters via phone, email and mail.

Working with the Customer Service Team the role will see you build sustainable relationships with our supporters through open and interactive communication, going the extra mile to engage them. Resolving emerging issues with accuracy and efficiency, you will support the work of TLMA with efficient back office administration.

Gifts in Wills Officer

Are you a ‘people’ person who believes that building genuine and long-lasting relationships are the key to success?  We are looking for applicants with 4+ years’ experience in the NFP sector and/or fundraising experts who regard themselves as a great conversationalist, and, more importantly, a good listener.

Playing a critical role in the fundraising team, the position will develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to raise the profile of The Leprosy Mission Australia and increase Gifts in Will pledges as part of the philanthropy strategy. You will be responsible for the development and execution of the Gifts in Wills fundraising strategy for The Leprosy Mission Australia including growth plans, for the purpose of maintaining a sustainable income stream.

High level of computing skills and an understanding of the importance of a donor database is also essential.
